| Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept card payments via Paypal and are still accepting cheques. We currently do not automatically accept orders from outside the UK through the website. However, if you live outside the UK but within the EU and want to purchase from us, then please contact us and we will set something up for you.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
You will automatically get confirmation that your order has been sent to us. Once we receive your order we will check it to ensure that all items are in stock and that there are no errors in the order.
We will then contact you to confirm details of the order and at this stage, in legal terms, form a contract to supply. We have included this term to protect us in case of a computer glitch, or where stock is no longer available, or where items have inadvertently been under-priced. If items are no longer available or the price varies from the original order confirmation we will contact you to confirm whether or not you wish to proceed with the order.

A landline or mobile telephone number should be provided so that if the driver is unable to locate you, he can call for directions. This often avoids the disappointment and inconvenience of a missed delivery.
If your location is particularly difficult to find please advise us so that we can pass information on to the delivery company. It would be useful to identify anything that helps the driver find your location.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. You will be advised by email of the expected delivery date(s). If your order has not been delivered as advised then you must also inform us within two working days of the last expected delivery date so that an effectice claim can be made. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

If the goods arrive in an unacceptably poor condition contact us immediately as some goods are perisable. We can only provide a guarantee for two days after delivery. The manufacturers guarantee will apply to non perishable items.
